To tell the truth, I had so many things to catch up on this blog site... Got soo busy from September for NY fashion week and then Paris fashion week, I traveled Paris and would have blogged a lot.
It is too late to catch up 2 months now, so I finally decided to come back here again...
Here we go!!
It was a weekend of Thanksgiving week, I joined brunch with my girl friend, her boy friend and her mother on Saturday.
T's boyfriend G took us to the traditional American Salami Diner " KATS DELI".
There was a line to get in outside of this deli, but the line moved quick... so got inside but still there are so many people. There were tables but it seems like no table service so to speak... You need to order over the counter that are many sections for many kinds of food and then you have to find the table.
I saw someone carrying delicious looking soup, I moved to the counter of Matzo ball soup, just got it quick and tried to join my friends who were in the line of counter for beef, salami, corn beef etc...
Of course, people got annoyed by me and I gave up to join, it was also hard to find my table... some people are so rude. Made me feel like I was in Old Russia or Old China that were communism that you only can get same amount of food and you are always fighting for it or something...
Finally got my table after walk around all over inside of Diner with my Matz ball soup with tray, I shared with a couple who are enjoying vacation from Arizona... They are soo nice to have me get 4 seats on their table. I kept those and waited T to bring my Salami Sandwich...
First, Matzo ball soup was aaaaamazingly good, which I haven't had one for many years. Speaking of stop walking for Jewish company in NYC. lol
Anyway, Salami Sandwich has a lot of slice of salami with just simply mustard on the bread, of course, this was also aaaamazingly delicious. Picture shows that I was almost finishing the Matzo ball soup...
Check it out, my girl T is enjoying this sandwich!!
Here is me, I was kinda posing, T's picture is real natural shot I caught up!
