I am so proud of my hometown "KOBE"

BARNEYS NEW YORK opened in KOBE, they even skipped OSAKA after TOKYO.
I am so glad that they chose my hometown "KOBE", where all fashion kids are growing up with family and those grown up keep shopping and keep looking for something cool!
Evey weekend, the area is called " KYORYU-CHI" is crowded with people who are shopping with family and friends.



Barneys New York Kobe is located on same building of LOUIS VUITTON Store,which I heard it is NO.9 biggest store out of all over the world brunches, and right in front of the Oriental Hotel (Brand new).


I finally went to see the store today...



I got this bag that says " HELLO KOBE" of BARNEYS NEW YORK private label.

Perfect for Beach in this summer!! I love that says " HELLO KOBE,"

Can't wait to come back to this store again to shop more!!!

Gifts with Japanese fashion magazines

Since I came back to Japan last week, I have been enjoying to find a great gift that comes with fashion magazines.
Recent Japanese fashion magazines are not only great tool to get detailed fashion information, you can also get a great gifts...
It cost about $7 or so and you can get a pair of flip flops, Key cover from Lucien Pellat-finet.




I picked Gisel which is targeted age of 30's fashion conscious women, and Elle Japan which deliver various international fashion info today.



I heard that those Japanese publishers are trying to compete with others to get more clients every months. It is becoming my favorite things to do whenever I come to Japan to find a great gifts with a great fashion magazines.
I noticed that most of publisher is doing this give away to the customers and those gifts are from Marc by Marc, Jill Stuart, Patricia Field etc... They also get a special design for gifting.

Hearing that people stopped buying books and newspapers these days, I think maybe those publishers should also start to do this gifting when it is published...
I am sure it works well!!

Hats, Hats, Hats in Japanese Summer Fashion

Hats are everywhere in Japan. It is a big fashion trend here, as soon as you walk in the store, you will see at least a few styles of Hats are on the mannequins of the stores. Having a little vacation in Japan for a few weeks, I decided to accommodate with Japanese fashion trend while I am here. First thing I did is buying a hat!
so I picked black hats that make me look cool!!
